Worcester Dragon Boat Racing Club is a competitive sports club with a strong social and community ethos… so the old saying of ‘work hard, play hard’ applies! 

Worcester is one of the busiest centres for dragon boat racing in the UK. The club race in the BDA National League and will race as many crews as the membership can support, so why not come along and get involved! Anyone over the age of 11 is most welcome, whether a beginner or experienced paddler.

As a club we race all over the country. Whilst we adhere to a crew selection document in order to be as competitive as possible, it is just as important to us that as many people as possible have the opportunity to race. We are currently mainly competing in the BDA mixed league (10 Male paddlers, 10 female paddlers). We also run a ladies crew. All points won from all races are added up, so every crew counts!
